About Jennie

Jennie Stogdon has a reputation for creating breathtaking bespoke events, delivered to perfection. Supplying dazzling marquees, sourcing fairytale venues, organising reliable staff, gourmet caterers and thrilling your guests with unforgettable entertainment, Jennie and her expert team can help with every element of your celebration.

Jennie graduated from drama college as a theatre stage manager. After touring the country with plays and operas she was offered a job as Stage Manager at The Royal Albert Hall, stepping up to Event Manager after a year and spent the following four years working on some incredible shows there. This invaluable experience expanded the organisational skills she uses today.

 

Since then Jennie has gone on to work on festivals, live music events and film premieres, which have included Download, O2 Wireless, Sonisphere, Bikefest, Kew the Music, James Bond and Titanic 3D, in a variety of positions from Stage Manager to Front of House Manager to Event / Festival manager. These roles required meticulous planning, extreme problem solving and unwavering calm, all qualities she has alongside a natural sense of fun.

The House of Hud (a group which includes The Arabian Tent Company, The Pearl Tent Company and the Complete Chillout Company) then put Jennie’s operational and event skills into action where she worked based in Sussex for four years organising celebrity weddings and parties, listening to client concepts and using her artistic eye and attention to detail to create perfect venues.

Currently Jennie creates beautiful luxury weddings for couples, organises private and corporate events and also works event managing large-scale celebrations up and down the country. She is based in Devon, where many of the weddings she creates take place, however she also travels both within the UK and abroad for destination weddings.
